Buds of Leaves & not of flowers
NOTE: These indications are only for use with embryonic plant stem cell tissues. Adult plants do not have the same constituents, actions or applications in most cases.
Fraxinus excelsior is a tall, deciduous tree that is native to most of Europe. The tree stops growing after 100 years and usually grows as tall as 98 feet. Black buds from the previous year’s shoots expand into small dense, purplish clusters in early spring. Its dark green leaves, among the last to open in spring and the first to fall in autumn, are delicate, multi-divided, and 10 to 12 inches long. The tree’s springtime flowers develop into clusters of 1.5-inch long winged fruits. These fruits turn brown and remain on the tree, making an attractive winter landscape element.
Phytosociology : It is known that Ash timber is so elastic that a joist of it will bear more before it breaks than one of any other tree. Ash grows rapidly and evaporates a lot of water. The tree rebounds more than any other tree when it falls. Its fiber creates the most elastic, supple wood. It is used in making baseball bats, hockey sticks, and skis.
The analogue actions correlations are on ligaments, osteo-connective tissue and on the renal system; Vascular plant.

Plant Stem Cell Therapy Indications
Tendons and Ligament Restorer and Uric Acid Neutralizer!
‘A’ Anti-inflammatory, Anti-rheumatic. Rheumatoid, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia. ‘P’ Synovial tissue and ligaments and tendons, Hernias, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. In support osteo-connective tissue to the bone skeletal system. Achilles Tendonitis in combination with Virginia Creeper – Ampelopsis Veitchii (young shoots) yield excellent permanent results over a period of time and use. Fraxetin in preventing osteoporosis by inhibiting inflammatory cytokine-mediated apoptosis in osteoblast cells.
Renal – Uro Genital System:
‘A’ Diuretic. Urinary Lithiasis of Uric acid stones. ‘P’ Acute and Chronic Gout. Requires PO 10 drops q 2hrs in acute gout till relief is obtained no more than six times per day and contrary to colchicum will not cause diarrhea. Fasting 48 hrs on carrot and black cherry juice if permitted and not diabetic and of course water.
Cardio Vascular System:
‘A’ Reduces blood Cholesterol, Antiarrhythmic, mild hypotensive. Contains Oxycoumarins which has blood-thinning, anti-fungicidal and anti-tumor activities. Coumarin should not be taken while using anticoagulants. Coumarin increases the blood flow in the veins and decreases capillary permeability.
GI – Digestive – Hepatology:
‘A’ Reduces blood Cholesterol, Biliary Dyskinesia, Biliary Lithiasis. Excellent in elevated direct bilirubin as an affinity to attach itself to bile salts and excrete it out of the biliary tract.
‘A’ Increases adrenal production of cortisol which explains its anti-inflammatory action and its effect on the stress hormones adrenaline and nor-adrenaline. In this way will assist in rejuvenating worn out adrenals and therefore help in allergies where adrenal no longer produces enough corticosteroids natural antihistamines. Antifatigue activity. Positive effect on weight loss. Exhibit potent hypoglycemic and anti-hyperglycemic bipolar regulating activities in normal and STZ rats, respectively, without affecting basal plasma insulin concentrations. Inhibition in renal glucose reabsorption. (M. Maghrania, Zeggwagha, Lemhadria, El Amraouia, B. Michel and M. Eddouks Journal of Ethnopharmacology Volume 91, Issues 2-3, April 2004, Page 309).
‘A’ Uterine Fibroids action on the congestive mucosa, Endometriosis.
‘A’ Antiviral properties of betulin, was investigated in cell cultures infected with herpes simplex type I, influenza FPV/Rostock and ECHO 6 viruses. Synergistic antiviral effect between betulin a pentacyclic triterpenoid and acyclovir has already been proven. Mild antibacterial, Cytotoxic.
Psychiatry & Nervous System:
‘A’ Stress, Anguish, Hyperactive, Aggressive achievers.
‘A’ Antitumor, Anticarcinomic, Apoptotic. Potential for Neuroblastoma which is a cancer that forms in your nerve tissue. It usually begins in the adrenal glands, which sit atop your kidneys. It may also begin in your neck, chest or spinal cord.
Inhibitors of Prostaglandin Synthesis Inhibit Human Prostate Tumor Cell Invasiveness and Reduce the Release of Matrix Metalloproteinases.
‘A’ Removes excess Aluminum. May prevent the apoptotic death of dopaminergic cells. Neuroprotective effect of fraxetin and myricetin against rotenone (pesticide)-induced apoptosis in neuroblastoma cells.
A significant antioxidant effects of fraxetin on glutathione status redox status. Fraxetin will assist in the detoxification of pesticides exposure.
